11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator selected by mutual agreement of the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
