1. Digital Products and Resources

Due to the digital nature of our products and services (strategy guides, digital workshops, content packages), all sales are final and non-refundable once you have received access to the digital content.

However, if you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased digital content, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

2. Consulting and Advisory Services

For consulting and advisory services:

Before Service Commencement

If you need to cancel a scheduled consulting service before work has commenced:

  • More than 14 days before the scheduled start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 7-14 days before the scheduled start date: 70% refund
  • Less than 7 days before the scheduled start date: 50% refund

After Service Commencement

Once consulting or advisory work has commenced:

  • We do not provide refunds for services already rendered
  • For ongoing service packages, you may cancel the remaining portion with 14 days' notice
  • Refunds for the unused portion will be calculated based on the work completed and resources allocated

3. Workshops and Training Sessions

For virtual or in-person workshops and training sessions:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation 7-14 days prior to the event: 70% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the event: No refund
  • You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost

If we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop or training session, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with the purchased service or product, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of purchase or service completion, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

This may include:

  • Additional consultation time
  • Revisions to deliverables (within reasonable scope)
  • Alternative service options of equivalent value

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name and contact information
  • Purchase date and order number
  • Product or service purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond to your request within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
